PHẦN II: PHƯƠNG PHÁP CHẾ TẠO PHÔI

I. Phương pháp chế tạo phôi:

  1. Đúc trong khuôn cát-mẫu gỗ:
  • Chất lượng bề mặt vật đúc không cao, giá thành thấp, trang thiết bị đơn giản, thích hợp cho sản xuất đơn chiếc và hàng loạt nhỏ.
  • Loại phôi này có cấp chính xác IT16 – IT17
  • Độ nhám bề mặt:RZ=160

=>Phương pháp này cho năng suất không cao, chất lượng bề mặt thấp gây khó khăn cho các bước gia công tiếp theo.

2. Đúc trong khuôn cát – mẫu kim loại:

- Nếu công việc làm khuôn bằng máy thì phôi đúc có cấp chính xác khá cao(IT15 – IT16) giá thành cao hơn so với đúc trong khuôn cát mẫu gỗ vì giá tạo khuôn.

- Độ nhám bề mặt RZ=80

=> Phương pháp này cho chất lượng bề mặt tốt hơn so với đúc mẫu gỗ và phù hợp với dạng sản xuất hàng loạt vừa và lớn.

3. Đúc trong khuôn kim loại.

- Độ chính xác cao (IT14 – IT15) phôi có hình dáng gần giống với chi tiết nên lượng dư nhỏ , tiết kiệm được nguyên -  vật liệu nhưng giá thành sản phẩm cao.

- Độ nhám bề mặt RZ=40

=> Phương pháp này cho năng suất cao, đặc tính kỹ thuật tốt nhưng giá thành khá cao.

4. Đúc ly tâm

- Chỉ đúc được những chi tiết có dạng tròn xoay, rỗng, đối xứng v.v…

=> Phương pháp này không thích hợp với chi tiết có hình dạng ta mong muốn trong trường hợp này.

5. Đúc áp lực

- Dùng áp- lực để điền đầy kim loại trong lòng khuôn.

- Hợp kim đúc áp lực thường là hợp kim: thiếc, chì, kẽm, magie, nhôm, đồng…

Kết luận.

  • Với những yêu cầu của chi tiết đã cho, tính kinh tế, công nghệ cũng như dạng sản xuất ta sẽ chọn phương pháp đúc khôn cát- mẫu kim loại và khuôn được làm bằng máy.
  • Phôi đúc đạt cấp chính xác II
  • Cấp chính xác IT15 – IT16
  • Độ nhám bề mặt RZ= 80

II. Lượng dư gia công

  • Chi tiết được chế tạo bằng gang xám ( GX 18 – 36 ), được đúc trong khuôn cát – mẫu kim loại, làm khuôn bằng máy, mặt phân khuôn nằm ngang.
  • Lượng dư phía trên:
  • +Kích thước lớn nhất của chi tiết: 106mm
  • +Kích thước danh nghĩa : 106mm

=> Lượng dư là 6mm và cĩ dung sai là 0,8

  • Lượng dư phía dưới và mặt bên:
  • + Kích thước danh nghĩa:250mm
  • +Cấp chính xácII

=> Lượng dư là 4mm và có dung sai l1,0

  • Lượng dư lỗ đúc rỗngÞ 64
  • +Kích thước danh nghĩa:64mm
  • +Cấp chính xác II

=> Lượng dư là 7mm v có dung sai là0,8.Vậy lượng dư 2 bên là 14mm
